  Hi again! How is your week going? DO you remember our last activity about a Storyboard? How was it? Did you enjoy creating the storyboard? Now let's go to the next activity: create a video clip. I am sure that you have seen a video in Youtube or any other platfrom for educative purposes.  After you do the storyboard, you should record a video that tells the same story as the Storyboard. You can record yourselves and act out, or you can create other type of video, just like my group and I did. We created a video that was created with Powtoon . Powtoon is a tool where you can create presentations, videos and other tools easily. The video is related to women's work recognition. Here you have our video: This video will be for 6th graders in Science subject. Regarding Powtoon, is a ver useful tool that gives you the opportunity to create creative and original content. Hello again! The last activity we worked on was the podcast, how was it? Did you enjoy doing the podcast? What difficulties did you have when doing it? In this entry I will introduce you our next activity: create a video. This video will be educational and we will be working on something related to Education. But first of all, we have to organise our ideas about the video. After having the ideas well organised, we will have to create a storyboard about the video. You can see in my entry about Creating Comics  where I explain how Storyboard works. This storyboard will reflect the characters, ideas, scenes and dialogues that will happen in the video afterwards.  My group and me have created a Storyboard about stories of diferent women whose work has not being recognised or attributed to them. Hi everyone! Welcome to our special week. We are celebrating the week of THE WOMAN and today related with Arts and Crafts we are going to know a woman that had influenced the style of surrealism as well as causing effects on other styles. This incredible woman is Elena Ivanovna Diakonova. You might not know this name but I am sure that Gala Dalí will be more familiar than that.  This woman was not only the muse of thousands of painters but also she was the coauthor of Dali's project. She was behind thousands of pieces of Dali, but the only difference was that her name was not on the paintings. However, was not until 1950s when Dali started signing the paintings as Gala-Dalí. There are thousand of women that their work was not recognised enough or even recgonized. That is why I found extremely inportant to raise awareness about giving recognition to women that worked as much or more as other men. You might know what Canva is, but I did not and it changed my life! Canva is a  a  free   web design tool with which you can create and publish wide range of beautiful and elegant free designs without for free and using tools like Photoshop, PowerPoint or Illustrator. You have templates of almost anything and you can use those templates to start creating your own ones! You can make a lot of things related with education such as presentations, exams, worksheets, posters, inforgraphics... Canva is very easy to use. When you register yourself you create your profile where you can have all your templates. Once you have log in, you have several examples of temples were you can use for free, or you can start a new template from the beginning. There are different types of cailgraphies, images and stickers that you can add to your template! The infograhic that I have created is about the movements of the Earth: rotation and revolution. I have always loved comics! I used to read comics about superheroes when I was little, but now that I'm an adult I can create them!  There are several apps that you can use in order to create a comic, but in this case I h ave used Storyboard website to create it.  In Storyboard you can create comics of one or more slides. When you log in in the website, you can create a comic, when you create a new comic, the screen looks like this: As you can see on the top of the website in the left, we have the settings of the comic where you can choose the character you want to use, the scenes of the comic and much more things that you can see in this photo: Whereas at the bottoom of the website we can find some buttons about the structure and settings of the comic itself.
