Storyboard a video project

Hello again!

The last activity we worked on was the podcast, how was it? Did you enjoy doing the podcast? What difficulties did you have when doing it?

In this entry I will introduce you our next activity: create a video. This video will be educational and we will be working on something related to Education. But first of all, we have to organise our ideas about the video. After having the ideas well organised, we will have to create a storyboard about the video. You can see in my entry about Creating Comics where I explain how Storyboard works. This storyboard will reflect the characters, ideas, scenes and dialogues that will happen in the video afterwards. 

My group and me have created a Storyboard about stories of diferent women whose work has not being recognised or attributed to them. So, linked to the women's week that we attended in our las activity, we wanted to keep working on this topic. This is our storyboard:

 This storyboard is a shout to all the women that their work had not been recognised or attribute to them, it tells the story of four important women through History: Dorothy Crowdfoot Hodgkin, Alice Guy, Valentina Tereshkova and Alfonsina Strada. Each one of them has a story to share with you. Our main purpose with this storyboard and with this idea was to raise awareness about the differences between men and women throughout History. We wanted to make a story that will develop students' critical thinking about what arounds us.
